turn, travel 1 block to Steubenville Avenue, at light turn left,
go 1 block to light office is on NW corner of intersection.
From
East or West: I-70 to Exit 178 North on Route 209 / Southgate Parkway to downtown,
turn left on Wheeling Ave., take immediate right on W. 8th Street,
1 block to Steubenville Avenue, at light turn right, office is at
2nd light on NW corner of intersection.
